 Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. Yes, we ship to all countries.

Q. How much is shipping & packing?
A. USA - To see your s&p, add the items to your shopping cart, enter your zip code, and it should show your options. For Non-US customers you will need to click the gray checkout button and enter your address to see your options.

Q. When will my order ship?
A. Orders ship immediately on receipt of payment, usually the next business day, or at the latest 2 business days unless otherwise informed. If you paid by check immediately after the clearing period.

Ordering Questions

Q. Why won’t my order go through?
A1. Have you registered on the site? You will have register before you can place an order.

A2. Did you click “Place Your Order”? After you sign into pay pal, it will bring you back to your cart to complete your order. Your account will not be charged and order won’t be placed until you click “Place Your Order”.

 

Q. Why do I have to register to place and order?
A. This is mainly for security purposes to verify payment and shipping information. This also gives us a way to contact you if needed, and you can track and view your orders.
 
Payment Questions
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept pay pal in USD, USA checks (held 7 business days for clearing), USA post office money orders, and international post office money orders in USD that can be cashed at a USA post office.  Use the gray check out button to pay via a non-pay pal method.

Q. Where do I send payment?
A. All the information will be provided after you place your order.  If it isn't please let us know immediately.

Pre-Order Questions
Q. How do I place a pre-order and pay later?
A. Add the pre-order item(s) to an empty shopping cart
     Click the gray "check out" button
     Under payment options click "check"
     Enter "pre-order" in the number and date boxes
     Click "place order."
(You will be sent a pay pal invoice to pay once item(s) are ready to ship, or you can pay via money order or check.)

Q. Can I combine shipping with my current order?
A. Yes, just add your pre-order(s) to your current shopping cart and check out as usual.  Your order will not be shipped until your pre-order item(s) are in stock. (You will have to go ahead and pay for your pre-orders this way.)
