Pre-Order Questions
Q. How do I place a pre-order and pay later?
A. Add the pre-order item(s) to an empty shopping cart
Click the gray "check out" button
Under payment options click "check"
Enter "pre-order" in the number and date boxes
Click "place order."
You will be sent a pay pal invoice to pay once item(s) are ready to ship! Or you can pay via money order or check.
Q. Can I combine shipping with my current order?
A. Yes, just add your pre-order(s) to your current shopping cart and check out as usual. Your order will be be shipped once your pre-order(s) are in stock. (You will have to go ahead and pay for your pre-orders.)
Payment Questions
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept pay pal in USD, USA checks (held 7 business days for
clearing), USA money orders, and international money orders in USD. Use the gray check out button to pay via non pay pal.
Q. Where do I send payment?
A. All the information should be provided in the check out process. If it isn't please let us know immediately.

Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located in the USA.
Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. Yes, we currently ship to all countries.
Q. How much is shipping & packing?
A. We use USPS, and s&p is based on your order weight and your location. To see your s&p, add items to your cart, and it should show you the s&p options before checking out!
Q. When will my order ship?
A. Orders ship immediately on receipt of payment, if you paid by check immediately after clearing period. Usually next business day, at the latest 2 business days, unless otherwise informed.
Other Questions
Q. Do I have to register to place and order?
A. Yes, this will give us a way to contact you if needed, and you can track and view your orders.
Q. Do you have a mailing list?
A. Yes, and we send out update e-mails about once a month of new arrivals, news, etc. Sign up via our home page, or log in to your account to sign up.
