The building has to go in a large box and cannot go regular Priority Mail with out large extra fees.
Please select Parcel Post shipping option at checkout for the building only, it includes insurance covering up to $100.

Available(back to front); Green Chair, Green Dresser w/decal in great shape, 6 Pink Bows (flat version), Pink Roller shelf (tad discoloring), Pink Shelf (tad discoloring), Green Towel Rack, Register w/decal in good shape (tad discoloring), Lamp w/shade, Lamp Shade, White Lace for Building (2), Pink Platform (discoloring in front), and 1 Large Roller. Building is in good shape, top has a little discoloration and is missing cover to water tank, the front step is missing, has a little discoloration? on left back, and a tad discoloration on inside floor edges. These My Little Pony items are coming from a smoke free environment, however I do not know where they have previously been. Please ask any questions before buying.
